Top notch service. Jay communicated to us throughout our project making sure we were comfortable with all aspects of a fairly involved job. Extremely knowledgeable, very clean and worked efficiently. Of course your Central AC dies in July, right? We called the company that originally serviced out unit, they never called back. We called Jay and he was over that night and within 30 minutes we had a cause and a quote and a handshake. Great guys, very professional, excellent service, great equipment. House went from 87′ to 68′ in less than 6 hours… Happy wife, happy life!

I hired Jay from Mann Mechanical to install a new furnace and central ac unit in my home. Not only was Jay professional & patient he was VERY knowledgeable, he gave me all my options and explained every one of them… I ended up purchasing a Trane unit and I absolutely LOVE it… He was punctual and beyond clean, he went above and beyond to do GREAT job… It was such a breath of fresh to finally hire a gentleman who not only spoke so highly of his family, he takes great pride in his work. A real honest, trustworthy gentleman with great prices.. I truly wish i could have hired him to do every other odd job that needs to be done in the house, however he sticks to what he is “great” at and that is heating and ac.
